I chose this blog because it offers links to several important resources for students and parents. Teachers have posted links to handouts for parent-teacher conferences and there are also informative resources for parents and teachers on technology in the classroom and important legistlation being passed to better elementary and high school students. I really enjoyed the link that discussed the economic stimulus plan and how it will affect the education system.
I think this website will help me in the classroom because it will give me access to many different types of resources. The discussion boards will give me the opportunity to understand how parents feel about the classroom as well as ideas for handouts and projects.
